  15. Tom's initial need was for section sign, pilcrow (paragraph mark),
  16. mu and a few other Greek characters in common use outside Greek,
  17. and the registered and copyright signs.

  19. I am usingthe term "HMML" to refer to the next DTD following on from
  20. HTML, to distinguidsh from HTML which I think should stick at latin1
  21. for the sake of stability.
